The Kood R720 Infra Red Filter blocks the visible light spectrum and allow only Infra Red to pass through. The resulting photographic images can have a dreamy, almost surreal look to them and the results are often a little unpredictable, although always unusual. If you are using Black and White infra red film then the sky usually appears to be black and trees and plants appear white or frosted. Please note some digital cameras have a built in IR filter which, depending on how effective it is, will negate much of the effect of the filter.
