Lee Filters LEE85 ND Standard filters are designed to reduce exposure equally across your frame, all whilst retaining colour balance. LEE85 ND Standards come as either in ND0.6 2 stop and ND0.9 3 stop strengths. These strengths dictate the amount of light that is stopped by the neutral density filtration and therefore, how long you can keep your shutter open without experiencing the ""white out"" effect i.e. overexposure. These filters can also be stacked andor be used with other filters, allowing you to create images that would not be able to be created by any other means. They're often used to create a sense of motion when used with people, water or clouds. Like all LEE85 ND Grads and Standard filters, a new grip tab increases the visible area whilst keeping your fingerprints off of the filter zone.
