The belt extension is designed to give photographers a little more room around the waistline when wearing Shimoda Action X backpacks. It provides an additional 27cm of length, allowing the backpack's hip belt to be adjusted to a total of 153cm. The additional length allows a user with bulky cold weather gear andor those with a larger waist to comfortably use the hip belt and benefit from the weight distribution of the backpack's internal frame. This takes the strain off the shoulders and results in a more focused outing and greater comfort.
