The SmallRig HawkLock Quick Release Half Cage for Sony FX3 FX30 4772 is designed to protect the camera while offering multiple accessory mounting points. This modular cage includes a top plate NATO rail and an L shaped cage. The NATO rail is secured on top with two 14"" 20 screws and can be removed to accommodate the original XLR top handle. The L shaped cage is secured with a 14"" 20 screw on the left side and at the bottom, preventing twisting and featuring a cushion to protect against scratches.This cage features the patented HawkLock quick release structure, which covers the cold shoe, NATO rail, and Arca Swiss plate. The HawkLock system is compatible with various HawkLock eco accessories, such as the Top Handle 4483, Side Handle 4485, and Arca Swiss Clamp 4486, allowing for smooth sliding and self locking, thereby enhancing the efficiency of assembly and disassembly. Additionally, it is compatible with traditional cold shoe, NATO clamp, and Arca Swiss clamp eco accessories.
