The lens minimises aberration and delivers stunningly sharp images thanks to its aspherical multi coated optics. The built in CPU provides auto functions, and passes metering and exposure information between the lens and the camera. Thanks to its wider focal length pairs and the bright f2 max aperture the user can enjoy the shallow depth of field as well as the lens performing well in low lit conditions.
